It was in Göttingen, the city that creates knowledge, that PFH was founded. Since 1995, the University has been preparing students here to cope with complex management tasks. PFH’s modern university building is in the immediate vicinity of Göttingen city centre, the train station and the Lower Saxony State and University Library. University management and the coordination team for the PFH distance-learning study programme are also located here.
PFH Hansecampus Stade With the establishment of the engineering science study programmes in Lightweight Engineering & Composites by PFH, Stade has now become Lower Saxony’s youngest university town since October 2006. The research center is home to institutes from the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and Fraunhofer IFAM, among others. The chemical companies DOW and Olin, which are world leaders in the production of specialty chemicals and high-performance plastics, also typify the innovation location of Stade.
