General Management Course in Germany

The study programme in General Management, leading to a Master of Science qualification, is intended for students who have completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diplom in Business Sciences. It will qualify you to perform functions with leadership responsibility in companies and organisations as well as to undertake an academic career. It will also enable you to undertake a doctorate.

With the qualification, PFH also provides you with a job guarantee: we will return a part of your tuition fees if you have completed your course within the standard period of study, but have not found a suitable job within nine months of graduating.

Module 1: Management I
The students choose one of the two areas:

(A) Corporate Financial Governance
Company Valuation M&A, Taxes,
Corporate Finance

(B) Corporate Governance and HR
Strategic corporate management, human resources
management, organization

Module 2: Specialization Subjects Business Administration
The student chooses from the following three subjects. In one of the three subjects she/he does a homework.

Corporate Financial Management I, E-Business I, Industrial Management and Logistics I, International Marketing I, Sales Management I, Business Psychology I, term paper

Module 3a: International Governance
International Political Economy, Academic Writing and Research Methods

Module 4: Project work I
project work, project work (internship 8 weeks)

Module 5: Elective module corporate management II
The students also choose one of the two areas:

(A) International Accounting
Auditing/Revision, International Accounting, Group Accounting

(B) Entrepreneurship
, innovation management, management in medium-sized companies,
corporate succession

Module 6: Specialization Subjects Business Administration
The subjects selected in Module 2 will be continued.
